How we work
A listing goes on the site only after its documents are checked — the extract, ownership history and any outstanding debt.
Commission
For a sale the commission is stated in the contract and does not change. For a rental it is one month.
Viewings
Viewing times are agreed in advance. An agent is there with you and answers questions on the spot.
