How much is the commission?
For a sale the commission is stated in the contract and does not change later. For a rental it is one month.
Who checks the documents?
Our own lawyer. The extract, ownership history and any debt are reviewed before a contract.
How are viewings arranged?
The time is agreed in advance. Several properties can be seen in one day, with an agent accompanying you.
Can I buy with a mortgage?
Yes. We prepare the valuation report the bank requires and submit the documents on your behalf.
Can you list my property?
Yes. We check the documents first, then photograph it and put it on the site. There is no charge for this.
